Hello again Hot European Pole Babes!!!

As promised in my last blog, I am getting back to you with some more information regaring our European HOT POLE PULSE TOUR. We have finalized our workshop dates for Central Europe, Czech Republic.

These workshop will be held at SOLEILA - Fit and Dance Studio in Plzen, Czech Republic.

When I went back in June I met up with the owners and got a tour of their beautiful studio they just opened up ...I got to test out their brand new poles. Needless to say, that made the workers very happy......

Note to all Students:

No oils/lotions on your skin/body anywhere

Wear comfortable yoga-type pants, tank top

Bring shorts

Bring a high protein/energy snack and water bottle

Drink lots of water throughout the workshop
