We offer pole dance classes, aerial silks and aerial lyra sessions, variety of private and group workshops designed to promote health, balance, cardio, general fitness and most importantly... FUN!!!  Each of our workshops is guided by an expert instructor who will be able to help every step of the way.

Intro to Pole Dancing - Take your first spin around the pole.  It is addicting!  Each session is designed to increase your  strength, flexibility and confidence as you master a variety of basic pole moves, spins and transitions.
Intermediate Pole Dance Classes   Now that you have mastered the basic moves, expand your pole dancing  vocabulary by adding poise, grace and pizzazz to your dance. Learn a variety of lap dance moves and discover your own unique pole dancing style and the "hottie" within you.   
* Advance Pole Dance Classes - Advanced spins, transitions and inversions are just the beginning...we bring you the latest aerial pole tricks, crazy suspension holds and sexy transitions that you might have seen in current pole dance competitions around the world. Completion of "Intro to Pole Dancing" a must. 
* Master Pole Dance Training Classes - For the "pole die hearts" who want to inspire others and be inspired. Push your own pole dancing skills to the extreme and venture out into the unknown. Test your physical strength, flexibility and mental power. Enter the world of pole dancing competition or become a Master Teacher and pass on the beauty of this dance art to your students.

* Pole Fitness and Conditioning Workshops - Intense high energy workouts have never been sexier.  Get toned and lean while having a lot of fun too.  All fitness levels welcome.  Group sessions scheduled by appts.

* Toning Burlesque Workshops - Tone and condition your body while having fun learning a simple sexy routine using props found in your very living room. All fitness levels. Individual and Group sessions scheduled by appts.

* Tissu (Aerial Silks) for Adults - Come fly with us!  Experience a powerful workout using suspended fabrics called aerial silks (aka tissu).  Learn how to climb, pose, fly, twirl and "unwind".  Anyone can take this workshop regardless of their athletic skills.  Join this art form which has swept the nation and has become the pilates of the 21st century. * Tissu (Aerial Silks) for Kids - Kids love to fly with us... so will yours!  A fun session designed for kids to enjoy this beautiful art form as well, each progressing at their own level while building strength and ability. * Hoop (Aerial Lyra) - Workout for the new generation. Just like "Tissu", Aerial Lyra / hoop is finding its way into the mainstream replacing the conventional way of working out. Great challenge for all fitness levels! Private sessions available now.
    
* Simply Buns! - Sculpt, lift and increase firmness in your lower body during this vigorous glute workshop.  All fitness levels. Individual and Group sessions scheduled by appts.
