POLE DANCING LESSONS HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
JUPITER-WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA
POLE SCHEDULE:
SUN 6:30pm - polerina all levels
TUE 5:30 - advance pole
TUE 7pm - interm pole
WED 5:30 - pole burlesque
THU 6pm - pole aerials
THU 7:30pm - beginner pole
All classes are 90min and $25 per person.
For detailed description of each class, please refer to our google calendar under "schedule".
If you like more information regarding a private "Girls Nite Out" pole class, please call us at the number above.

Combination class of POLE and BALLET
SUNDAYS 6:30pm
All levels welcome $25
Learn to "partner" with the pole as this class offers a combination of ballet and pole fitness moves for a total-body workout. This is a great class to get those lean and toned "ballerina "legs with specific lengthening and stretching exercises. Spin and ballet-like pole moves will be used to create fun and beautiful routines. Recommended for all students. Your instructor"SuperNad" is fabulous and fun!
