JOIN US FOR A FUN FILLED MORNING of AERIAL SILKS aka TISSU WORKHOPS! Learn the basic poses

knots, locks and aerials. Experience this new way of working out  while having lots of fun! 

Challenge your flexibility, strength and mental power. Leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and empowered. 

You can take one or both workhops. Each workshop is designed for all fitness levels. No prior "silks" experience necessary. You must call or email us to reserve your spot. We like each student to have a very personal experience so we limit our workhops to only 3-4 participants.

As you see in the picture, please wear long sleeve shirt and long pants (stretchy type yoga pants); bring socks, water, no lotion on hands, feet.
